What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), organization details you enter in the grant profile (type, location, budget, staff, credentials, readiness answers), saved grants and notes, consultation bookings, and basic usage and sign-in logs used for security.
How we use it
To score your grant readiness, match you to funding opportunities, run AI fit analysis you request, schedule consultations, send account and deadline emails, process payments, and protect accounts from abuse. We contact you about consulting or marketing only if you opt in, and you can change that any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers that run the product: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for bookings, our email delivery provider, and the AI model provider used for fit analysis.
Payments
Card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Retention and your choices
We keep your data while your account is active. You can update your profile at any time and ask us to export or delete your account by contacting us.
